Pricing Breakdown (Trade Customers)

Based on the latest information, pricing is structured around three main elements:

1. Moba ToolBox

• Price: €170 (excluding VAT) 

• Includes:

  • A Moba Connect Pro Bluetooth OBDII device

  • Adapter cables (for Tesla Model 3/Y, Tesla S/X post-2015, Peugeot‑Citroën etc)

  • OBD access tools, all contained in a compact, durable toolbox

  • A 12 month guarantee on the device and cables

This is a one-time purchase—no subscription required—but does not include diagnostic credits.

2. Diagnostic Credits

These are required to run battery diagnostics and generate the digital SOH certificate. Credits do not expire, any car 1 car can be tested multiple times within 30 days without using extra credits 

Credits can be purchased in Bundles of 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 and so on 

The starting price for a bundle of 5 credits is as follows with cost per credit reducing as the bundle amount increases  

• Package: 5 Diagnostic Credits

• Price/Credit €49 = €245 (excluding VAT)

• Usage Terms:

  • Each credit allows diagnostics on one vehicle.

  • Once used, you can run unlimited diagnostics on the same vehicle for 30 days without consuming more credits.

  • Requires a Moba ToolBox plus a smartphone.

Example Scenario

If you’re a small EV dealership:

1. Purchase 1 Moba ToolBox (€150).

2. Buy 5 credits (€245) to run diagnostics on up to five vehicles 

3. After credits are exhausted, simply purchase another 5‑credit pack as needed. 

4. Expand with extra devices only if you need to run diagnostics simultaneously across multiple locations or teams.
